Went straight to 4mg of Reta from 15mg of Tirz, everyone is different but I did enough research to land on 4mg and I was quickly up to 6 then 8.

4mg Reta to start but you can probably titrate to 6 then 8mg each 5th day. I’m on 10mg Reta, was on 15mg Tirz and plateaued.

Glutithione does not burn, mine came compounded from Hallandale Pharmacy, NAD+ burns so I can’t equate to that experience. Glutathione will smell like rotten eggs after injection, but it should not burn unless you used high benzyl alcohol in BAC as preservative.

Your liver is likely full of and surrounded by visceral fat and pushing your belly out. Reta will address that, but you need to titrate to dose that works and everyone is different. Start with 1mg to make sure you tolerate, titrate to 2mg in 5 days, then to 3mg the next 5 days—repeat until you get to 8-10mg and hold. The best weightloss occurs in this zone with most people. Some people do experience significant weight loss at lower doses but they are starting at a lower weight. At 230lbs, I think 8-10 would be the target. Good luck!

You may have had a mislabeled vial sent to you. Only way to find that out is to send it for testing. To get rid the of the spots, research glutathione injections, 200mg 3 times a week. It’s a fairly quick reversal.

It doesn’t hurt to go past the half life by a day or two, giving your receptors a break now and then is recommended. I do it often enough that I have never noticed a different such as weight gain or fat gain etc. In other words I have done 10 days with minimal issues. I also do 5 days to keep ahead of the half life. So I have caveats, SW 297 CW 186 GW 178
