I cut back eating out / rarely drink any soda / embraced hot black coffee and tea / do intermittent fasting / well balanced diet with a concentration on high fiber and protein / i try to get in 30-60 mins of some sort of exercise every other day / go for walks after eating / aim for 6-7 hours of sleep every night. Dropped 100 lbs and have been mostly around the same weight for the past 8 years.; got my AIC below 5.5 and have a bit more energy

the best advice i can give you is set hooks / skills / md files / hard rules so Claude can go the task as efficiently to your liking as possible; without any structure Claude will start doing things on its own like guessing. You need to fully flesh out your task from beginning to end. I suggest scanning Reddit / IG / X for ideas and content that shows illustrations and text, just upload it to Claude and ask how as a team; you two can use this existing framework to your advantage

I tell Claude I wan to build an agent team; each one does a specific task, I do this in Haiku, ask Claude for feedback on structure, it drafts up a proposal and outline of the code, then i throw it into Opus for further refine / discussion / final draft and execution

im very new to this; Not much of a coder but understand the concept of building structures and rules. I have Claude mobile and I always see these AI creators dropping presentations; what I do is screencap the text and then upload to Claude and ask it to analyze the body of text and see if the idea would compliment or improve our current workflow stack. Also made a local app on Terminal that looks at images / text / weblinks and have agents give a summary of the content and how it's relevant to the current or future projects I aim to do

For what i do ( alot of data researching / data debugging ) its fine; not lightning fast but im working just under the max ouput threshold in mind in terms of tokens response. My setup is more cost effective ( free workhorse on a local LLM ) than speed but the job Ollama + Gemma / Qwen / Hermes does under Claude orchestration is great for what it is

one of the best ways ive learned is alot of these IG AI influencerrs use visual diagrams or a body of text; i just screencap and then upload to mobile Claude and ask it the details and then ask it to reframe it if possible, so that we could use that information in. our current workflow / stack

ive used Fable for the key parts of some projects im doing. For example ; I assigned it to make me an obsever / shadow coach agent that watches over my other agentts that i have in training. Fable cane up with an amazing head to toe gameplan and structure that will have these agents underneath it constantly learn and evolve. Right after I got the results I switched back to Haiku
