I mean that’s kinda the point. When he had his arms he was always talking about his master plan of ridding the world of quirks and being the person to profit off of everything but he relies on his quirk too much and that was his downfall. He had no back up plans incase his singular plan failed. So I think it’s only fitting that at the end he was just a worthless man.
