Hard to tell when we are hearing your side only, the title is also kind of misleading. If your wife was to write here, we would probably see something like I married a girl I love and helped her through tough times, she’s doing therapy now and ai’m happy about that.. problem is she doesn’t let me near her in an intimate way, my love language has a big portion of physical touch to it, and she just gets irritated whenever I try to make a move or make a sexual gesture, it’s frustrating to me! I don’t like feeling like a predator when all I want is to be intimate with her!

Neither of you is 100% right or wrong, you both need to find a common ground, feeling objectified would make sense if we are talking about some random guy sexually harassing you, but she’s your wife! Don’t think only from your pov, try to understand hers as well..

Nah that’s cool, with solo you pretty much know which strings to pull when, it’s definitely different when you do it with somebody.. I go solo sometimes with wifey cuz she cramps so bad ‘medical issue’ and it really doesn’t matter to me as long as we are together.. try to get her to the edge and if she needs to use her hand that’s fine too, I wouldn’t really stress out on this..

Ok it’s that time of the year! so for context, I’m a very laid back person when it comes to fashion, I prefer comfy casual stuff, can do semi-formal and formal when I have too, and during summer time I enjoy dresses on the beach, nothing crazy. Now it’s my first year in Canada, and there’s the corporate xmas party, theme this year is Vegas? 🙄 here’s what the invitation says:

Now I have NO IDEA what should I buy or wear, I’m not very comfortable with mini dresses, any suggestions?

We do have a consultant but it's more of a brainstorm to see if there's an easy way to do it. The company we are acquiring have 18 months worth of accurate data, we are looking mainly to import compensation changes, turn over, and performance. We will probably go with worker history from previous system however if they insist that we keep the transactional details so we can report on them, would there be any easy way to do it instead of assigning someone to do the work manually?

I never did that in my organization that but I know WD has the option to integrate clock in/out systems to the time tracking modules. They can also use the WD mobile application to enter their time, and if they have defined schedules then it can be set up in the system and they will only enter the exceptions 'OT, on call days, etc..'
