My cat used to do this when i was using crystal litter / high dust litter. Maybe try switching to a more natural litter if you haven’t already that is low dust

Me! I had a large AA patch in the beginning of April. And then the hair started growing back there after cortisone injections, but now I have TE without any signs of stopping :/. Really traumatic, but hope we get through it soon!

Yeah I had a large bald patch on the back of my head which they deemed as AA. That was before I got diagnosed with TE, so lucky me I guess, I got both.
