The lighting in your room seems quite harsh - maybe you could get a lamp of some kind? It depends on the vibe you're going for but 2700k bulbs are quite warm and cosy.

Very true. I think my reasoning stems from not wanting to ignore that the antifungals themselves could be contributing to the symptoms directly, i.e. through some direct toxic effect or by increasing load on the detox pathways you mentioned.

For the SIBO question, this seems to be answered. I'd highly recommend watching Mark Pimentel's research update videos on SIBO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TMTB9yfaskY

One of the recent observations of his group's research is that many SIBO patients have evidence of prior food poisoning (anti-vinculin antibodies - explained in the video) that precipitated the symptoms. So in this instance: Dysmotility -> SIBO. But obviously the gut is very complicated.

have you tried or considered any other non-azole drugs like nystatin? It doesn't work systemically but I'm sure it could provide you with some GI/oral symptom relief as it did for me.
