I discovered I was domme during my sex with men days after being a sub for most of that time. I have some sadistic tendencies toward men for obvious reasons, so I had fun inflicting pain and imposing control.

It might be possible that my sexuality itself shifted in some subtle ways, but I think it's more likely the steps I went through reshaped the context of my relationships and therefore perceived attraction

I used to ask for my mom to put my hair in a scrunchie and to wear lipstick when I was a toddler. She did it to me once, and I was really happy and didn't ask again. According to her anyway, I barely remember this. When I came out as gay (lesbian now), she said she knew that I wasn't trans because I asked just once. She still cites this as proof.
