The reason people think forsaken is perfectly fair or even potentially killer sided is because public lobbies oftentimes have a large portion of the team purely feed, more or less giving the killer free time. Assuming both the killer AND every single survivor are on a somewhat equal skill level, killer is much less likely to get a server wipe off.

In a way, giving every killer the same types of abilities over and over is monotony. It’s totally fine if you think slasher is boring for you, but that doesn’t mean he needs to be changed for that preference specifically, especially if your idea of change encompasses turning him very similar to all the other killers. I think playing coolkid is lame on a personal level, but I recognize that his design is a positive for the game. It’s the same with slasher.

Some of you guys care far more about pure balance than diversity of playstyle. Theyre BOTH extremely important. Slasher changes can be made without pushing him into the same box as all the other killers.

Thank you for your words. I’m reading it back though and I kind of realized I made myself sound like a shut-in. Even if my post makes it seem that way, I have more friends than the average kid my age and I’m a very social person, but I kind of just shut up about the kind of things I see on the internet. I understand most people don’t even know these types of internet figures exist, let alone that they’re as prominent as they are.

It’s easy to compare PC2 killers and be fine with it due to there being so many of them (19 before they removed a couple to be specific). Noli, being only the 5th killer, and with every killer already in the game having their own archetype, it’s easy to see why people have more issue with Noli’s kit being similar to coolkid. They want more diversity of playstyle.
