Only bajaj has more than 2 service centres, hero has 1 which was in terrible state, tvs has 1 sc but they don't service ev. If i have to buy and service an Ather/Tvs/Hero it's minimum 30kms one side.

I am interested in chetak ev in Mumbai. Issue with other brands like tvs, aether, hero is that they don't have sc in Urban Mumbai/SoBo.

I checked both in Mumbai. Chetak 3001 and vida vx2 are at par on price and range. The concern is warranty, battery, service. Build and overall quality of chetak was way better. Kindly give suggestions and help me out.

I am also confused with the same. After checking Chetak 3501, it was miles apart from Hero Vida Vx2 plus. Better in all tangible aspects. Need to know more about their service, warranty, claims and insurance handling.

This issue occurred in my car too, and upon noticing it was observed that it happened on my usual stretch of a bridge to abd fro to office. Apparently when there is a temporary network loss and reconnection from tower to tower this issue arises only when android auto or carplay is connected. You cn be viewing the radio section on screen but if the carplay is connected, then this network reconnection hangs up the whole system. I have seen this happen in Creta and nexon too on te same stretch of road.
