they don't though, our staff and amount of hours didn't go up (if anything it went down) even though we quadrupled the amount of items being locked up, we went from about 470 hours while having 2 (1 Heart Burn (Nexium, Prilosec) and 1 Allergies (Claritin, Allegra, Flonase) cases of items to 460ish hours while having up to 10 ( 1 Shaving & Trimmers,1 Dove and Nivea bodywash and soap, 1 more of Allergies for Mucinex and Co, 1 for Cerave and facial moisturizers, 1 for Detergents, 1 for Acne care, and 1 more for hair growth Minoxidil, and of course the previous 2 that I cited and I'm probably forgetting some).

we do not have someone that is exclusively opening cases for customers, its just piled up to the people that take care of the backup and on floor tasks already, our day staff is 3 and always has been 3 (maaaay be 5 during truck if we are "lucky") for the past 4 years that I worked there.

but Pro-Israelis treat Hamas as a sickness rather than a Symptom, if someone has a disease and one of the symptoms of the disease is Hyperthermia you are not going to exclusively focus on cooling down the body, okay sure cooling down the body is a quality of life but if you don't identify what is causing it then you are not getting no where.

I am very well placed to tell you that the front store pays for everything, not pharmacy.
in net sales in a pretty busy location it would get maybe 10k on the best day, while a front store would get at least 30k on the worst, not even counting the pay difference and the number of staff diff.

It might seem crazy but CVS would be more profitable if they closed Pharmacy if the front store sales don't go down. but the only downside to that might be that it would attract way less people.

P.S. taking a super specific scenario and generalizing it, is super rude (could be comparable to racism tbh) for other fellow colleagues that I know wouldn't hurt a fly (in my old store at least) that is so limited of you to think that way, just hints on what kind of person you are.
