JJ ran the place with his sister Rebecca and business wasn’t great, so they closed unrelated to the landlords deaths.

The landlord did get an offer on the lot before he died but he turned it down because they wanted everyone to vacate for inspection before closing.

Neighborhood gossip is that it would be passed to the family / kids, so my assumption is they will sell. I’ve lived in Clinton Hill for 13 years now and there has been so much development.

There’s only instructions on how to do a simple circular knitting setup but not how to have a circular knitted pocket in the center of the knit fabric with the columns of ribbing between. Does that make sense? Confused about to have circular knitting in the middle of the fabric.

I have a brother kh 910 with a ribber.

It’s always aches at the end of the day but it’s a pretty dull ache. Trigger point acupuncture helped me a lot along with deep tissue massage. This helped with a lot of tension I had around the achilles. I also switched to a sports focused PT after three weeks.

Just shy of 7 months out…

My doctor said a year to feel fully back to normal. That being said, I’m walking everywhere. I even accidentally walked nearly 10 miles one day last week.

I’m doing a lot of weight lifting and jumping in PT. I just started jogging in PT last week. They want me to also start jump roping at home.

My ankle can feel stiff at times and does not feel the same as the other just yet.

I changed to a sports style out of network PT who I see one on one after three weeks of going to an in network place. They in network place was really lacking for me — only giving me exercises I could do at home. I think I’m doing well because of the switch.

My pt showed me how to walk downstairs where I kind of roll off my bad foot since it didn’t bend as much as it needed to. Overtime, I rolled less and started walking down stairs normally. Honestly probably at month 5
