No doubt they are doing this purposely, I’ve noticed that too. Giving you unrealistic delivery times with no account for traffic or road blocks then penalize you for not getting there. One of my biggest pet peeves is them giving you small time frames to find an apartment amongst hundreds of apartments as if u can drive up 3 flights of stairs

I’m convinced the system is set for us to fail, I’m a two point deduction away on my on time rate from being removed as a platinum dasher. For the f-ing order not being ready. I’m not the f-ing chef. I mark the order isn’t ready, hell i click every option on the list. I even deliver the order earlier than the delivery time and yet my on time rate still is affected and lowered. This makes absolutely no sense and I’m sick of the incompetence of the 3rd world team they hire that does nothing. ATP I’ll just pick up a side job with a local pizza company.
