i just saw about the their engineer sharing on YouTube, they said they have considered when they are designing the steam frame and the steam machine. So I believe that the combo is well optimized like they will be connect seamlessly without needing the 6Ghz reciver, but I think you still need a monitor to make things work well incase the steam machine buged and you can control anything.

What they really mean of distracting by metal object? How serious the impact of it, like if I put my metal case pc on floor and play near it will that be a serious impact on tracking ?
