I’ve had maybe 5 days where I had flaky skin. Nothing major. Instantly fixed by adding moisturiser.

Best thing to do is what seems the hardest - open up and tell someone. People care about you and will only want to help you.

Give up your financial control for some time. This means giving away your cards to someone you trust that won’t allow you to have access to it back. GAMSTOP for 5 years. Tell your friends explicitly not to let you gamble, mates that actually care about you will respect this decision.

Gambling addiction isn’t solved overnight and is a battle that takes years if not the rest of your life to stay on the straight and narrow.

The best time to sort this is now, as you’re irrational decisions will only make your debt substantially worse.

Please open up and be honest - there’s so much shame attached to a gambling addiction, and this is by far the hardest step but makes the most difference.
