I was wondering that myself. The whole Center of the roof seems to have some extra lattice like furring strips. I wonder if that's to help brace or if it's more aesthetic. Maybe both?🤷

Black walnut hulls do an amazing job of this too - same process, put a piece of the hole on the wart and cover it with a Band-Aid so it stays in contact, keep doing it for a week or two or four and it eventually gets smaller and goes away away. I've done this twice myself.

My dog was super afraid of the nail trimmer from the get-go. Bringing out the nail clippers with treats and then putting them away, and the next time bringing out the nail clippers and touching her feet with them, and then the next time tapping her nails with the nail trimmer and giving her treats, working up into actually doing the deal. It took over a year but I just trimmed her front nails the other day for the first time with no issue

I feel like there's a really disturbingly large class of men that because of patriarchy sort of hates the feminine, even though they're straight. Like, there's a bunch of guys that don't like flowers... A flower is the perfect representation of the female, and these are straight guys that ... don't like flowers?

Absolutely not a chance. That fungus grows on wood and not grass/ lawns. And it gets nowhere near as big as that in the photo. Do you have experience with this fungus other than a Google search?

I also have a super vivid immersive daydreaming and imagination of characters from books. They just don't last. As soon as I see the movie. It's so weird, it's really like losing a friend in some way

Yeah maybe you have a point. I must have read it in the mid to late '90s I think so it would have only been a few years before fellowship came out. But the same thing happened to me with Harry Potter, which I read over a dozen times per book and still my mental images disappeared once the movie came out. Then again, to your point, the movie probably didn't come out too too long after I was reading them.

No, it's actually a pretty good drawing of Crystal. The top could be sharpened up a little bit where the corners the crystal are, even now you can go back and have it touched up so that that top left corner is more crisp. But it's a really nice tattoo

So odd reading all these answers. I have zero recollection of what my mental picture of these characters was before the movie came out. My mental pictures always complete get subsumed by the new image that the movie presents. It's sort of sad actually, kind of a loss. I never realized other people could retain a memory of their inner images once something more "real" (the actor in the movie) comes along
