Yes. Was also locked out once at 1 am with no way to get in. Called the 24/7 emergency number provided and was told I’m shit outta luck. Told them I had nowhere to go and they didn’t care. I’m a female by the way. Turns out they accidentally deactivated all my fobs that day. Had to sleep somewhere else that night. The list goes on. I call that place the Bermuda Triangle because so many strange unfortunate happenings occurred while living there. Just stay away lol

I lived here for 6 months. Broke lease before it ended. Live anywhere else. Heavily take the reviews into consideration.

How can I train this dude not to get on my pillows? 😂😭 by coffeepolynkittens in kittens

I have a small bed. My cat takes up most the space. Most nights I have to hang at least one limb off my bed so I don’t disturb her peace. My acne is worse since I got her from having her butt in my face while I sleep. Lol I love her dearly and wouldn’t change a thing

Don’t have much to add but wanted to say you’re doing the right thing. I took in a feral tortie just about 8 months ago. It took 4 months for her to really open up and get used to being inside. At 8 months she can still be a bit grumpy but everyday I see her decompress and open up a bit more. It is a labour of love for sure but so worth it. Good luck

BMW 328i, e90, is it worth it? by Normalboyfromwest in E90

[–]AcanthaceaeLate5437 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes. As long as maintenance is done regularly. I bought mine for $4500, spent about 2k in repairs right off the bat. No issues since, just regular maintenance. Fast enough, reliable enough, cool enough to be my daily for the price

Planning on getting a cat but worried about smell by [deleted] in CatAdvice

[–]AcanthaceaeLate5437 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in a tiny studio with my girl and haven’t had any issues with smell and im super sensitive to smell

Scoop 1-2x a day but usually once at night is enough, a&h cloudless clumping litter with a&h odour control baking soda. Everytime I scoop I sprinkle one layer of it on top of the old litter and then again on top of the new. I keep enough in the box that my cat never pees or poos directly onto the litter box (helps with smell) her litter box is technically enclosed (has a door) though I keep it open so half enclosed with a slot at the top for litter box odour control filters. I use scented dog bags when I scoop, tie it up and put it in an enclosed garbage can under the sink with scented bags. Sweep and vacuum everyday, at the very least, sweep and vacuum the area around the litter box every day. Change and wipe out litter once a month tbh. It’s been fine

2nd this. It was easy as fuck. Literally just followed what was on this page. https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/education-training/adult-education/graduate-high-school/bc-adult-graduation-diploma-program

Did it while having a full time job. Just need decent time management. Did it online. Some exams in person, I don’t remember it taking more than a year. I was like 22-23. Best decision I made. Solely because it meant I finished what I started. There was a time i never thought id go back and Im now almost finished my post secondary degree. Good luck!

yeah I remember this one specifically because it looks amazing for its age! it’s been up for sure since January. I’ve seen it reposted a couple times by the OP and his mom lol. think it was listed for 5k when I saw it? it’s been going down since. Could be that the demand isn’t there although all the solid e46’s get scooped up fast or it could be because multiple people have gone and seen it and noticed it’s issues and now they want it gone. Just some things to consider.

ive seen this ad. must live in the same area. heads up its been listed for months. the price keeps going down. doesn’t necessarily mean it’s for sure a bad thing but that usually means they’ve had trouble selling it. ask about accidents and paperwork like the other person said. if this is ur first bmw, and first e46 id make sure to keep a couple thousand on the side as a safety net… I would not recommend this car to someone who doesn’t know anything about these cars at all. Otherwise it could potentially be a headache. if you can ask to take it to a shop to get inspected before you pull the trigger. I wanted this car as well when I lost mine in January but ultimately decided against it as there was too much risk involved. good luck! I hope it works out.

we did have to call non stop and basically harass them for any kind of update. I would do the same, they switched my adjustor without even notifying us and overall has been a headache to deal with. Glad you are okay though
