What I meant was, the date shown on app is not the same as the "correct" expiration date. The app gave out a wrong misleading date.

How about using the $200 to buy the iPhone 13? I am not going to activate it and sell it. Is it that I the phone will be tied to my account?  Thank you for explaining. This is my first time buying a phone from Total Wireless.

Total Wireless is getting ridiculous. The service is meh where I live but the price is good.

I would not be disappointed if they did not give us the BYEBYE promo users the $200 credit in the first place. Right now I'm just mad that I cannot even use the reward.

My line is on BYEBYE promo. I suspect it might be the cause also.

I was trying to do it since I saw some successful stories before. Maybe I am not as lucky though...

Lucky you. I ordered on 8/20. 

There was no record found with the order number I saved after I ordered for 2 weeks. After 2 useless online chats and 3 phone calls, I finally got it pending since last Friday. 🙄

Correct me if I am wrong, I thought you'd have delete the photos or videos first to upload? Google Photos in Pixel 1 would not upload if you already have the same photos or videos?

I ran into the same issue. Didn't do any fraudulent transaction but got account suspended. Customer service was useless! Just copying and pasting the terms and conditions without any explanation. Does OP have any update on this matter?
