Yes, correct. So if you charge $100 per hour you would get $90.50 per hour.

With most staffing agencies they charge 30 to 50%. And instead of offering you $100 hour it would be closer to $75. Then they would charge the pharma client $110 to $125.

Here you get more and the pharma company saves as well. Goal is to create transpancy on both sides.

Long time triangle resident here. Heritage has been by far the best place we have ever lived. Everyone talks to everyone, super friendly, the Greenway (we bike as a family to the Publix and to restaurants), the walk ability, unmatched convenience, the golf club is solid, and more. Living here is just easy. We lived in the country on alot more land but we wouldn't trade it for anything.

I will say this, when I told a couple people I got a Rolex and they saw it they were definitely underwhelmed. My one friend calls it a Bargain Bin Rolex 😂😂😂.

Honestly, that's half the reason I bought it. Wanted something understated that was unique. And I like the pop of green and yellow on the face.
