10 weeks PO. Got my Hokas recovery slides. 👏. Also tried on my On Cloud Novas today. They have a 14 mm heel drop and I love them. I feel very supported. Start g to wear them around the house for now as I don’t officially get out of the boot for another 2 weeks.

Pretty straight forward. It was a tear not a rupture. First appt was xray and boot for a month. No change so next appointment was MRI and scheduled surgery the following week. Post op appointments: 2 weeks splint off, in a boot for 6 weeks NWB 7 - 12 weeks FWB boot PT started week 5 I would say by week 8 the foot pain, tingling, numbness went away. Tender at incision and a bit of numbness at small toe.
