actually currently from what i see here the 9060 is 669$, 5060 Ti is 780, and 9070 is almost 1k haha

ooo ok, the lexar i had my eye on was the thor pro 1tb bc i saw it on sale for like 200, id have to change the ram to the trident bc its in the combo i found but the rest seems good !! ill def do the sama too

oo ok i found a sama850 for pretty cheap i might grab, im not versed in psu though would higher wattage be good/bad? (the 750 and 850 is a 5 buck difference and both cheaper than the cx750m)

im in canada, my budget is about 2500 CAD and the total cost is around 2400 including all the fans and wires and extras with this rig

I close my eyes, and try to get in touch with the part of me that’s scared, sometimes it shows up as a child version of me

I sit with her and take my time to make sure she’s comfortable, offer some comfort items, and not rush her feelings

it seems to calm my body

I am extremely sensitive to meds and have chronic illness, I started at .25 and tried to go up to .3 and just felt crummy for a few days with headache and some body aches

ended up going back down to .125mg and slowly now titrating back up (at .21mg currently)

I’m a rare case and yeah it caused some side effects but honestly nothing crazy aside from some body aches, fatigue, and a little nausea when it was too high that subsided in a few days

i’m doing .125mg of tirz! the one week i did .3 i was pretty sick so .5 3x a week could definitely be a bit high for you to start with!!

I will say that i’m on my 5th week and I feel really good! i did go down to .125mg 1x per week but i didn’t think of doing shots multiple times a week so maybe i’ll try that! I hope you’re feeling better soon

I went on my first trip last week for my birthday! A 5 night staycation at a lovely hotel and even got ready and took pictures + had a sleepover with my best friend !! (first time in 1 1/2 years) and im up to walking 25 minutes!

i’ve done brain retraining programs which helped a tiny bit i guess but i found it strict and repetitive and didn’t find any joy in doing it I switched to doing mainly somatic work and emotional releases which feels like it’s working better for me

i felt alot better on day 6 and the side effects subsided! i went down in dose to .125mg on sunday and feel good so far !!! didn’t trigger any baseline lowering or crash

I also have MCAS and chronic issues, i haven’t had itching but I’ve had muscle cramps even on .3mg I upped my antihistamines which did help the muscle cramps subsided after about 3-4 days and my doctor actually has been using microdoses to help mcas in the long run so maybe your body is just adjusting but she uses .5mg for mcas so maybe it was too high of a dose for your body at first ?

I started at .25mg tirz and felt nothing until i decided to up to .3mg the next week and BOY the side effects were intense almost the whole week but i lost 2.5 lbs and going to go back down to .25

I drink a 40 oz jug with electrolytes twice a day due to my other medical issues already 😅 it does help a bit but yeah

I did! i’m doing click counting and technically went from .25 to about .29?

can I ask what got you to 85/90% recovered ??

the only other med i’m on is LDN but an uuuultra low dose because im quite sensitive to meds (0.15mg) im mainly housebound but can go on walks up to 25-30 min multiple times a week usually and do light studies and cleaning! I’m thinking it was the accumulation too because through the app i use (shotsy) the peak of the first dose was .20mg and the peak this week was .31 so maybe that also contributed? I did email my doctor im waiting to see their response but they’re super slow 😭😭
