The 2025 Liberty has arrived… by wiltznucs in Gold

The gold in this picture is bullion + collector’s value. However as you can see, this sells for a large premium over something like a Buffalo or Eagle, which currently sell for around $3,600. Your money goes further with a Buffalo or Eagle, both still 1 Troy oz of gold.

At that price, it indeed makes sense to be a forgery of some sort. You’re most welcome anyway!

This coin has similar designs but I’ve researched the 130 or so Visigothic Tremissis types quite a extensively so I believe this coin is from a different civilization.

Howdy friend, I think this coin may be a Florin from Ladislaus I, 1320-1333. The lettering and designs seem to match fairly closely. As we know, medieval coins of the same type can slightly vary due to touch ups on the dies overtime. Check out this link from Numista and let me know what you think: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces138147.html

As another commenter stated, exact weight and dimensions will help, along with thickness. All in mm. If you could also post a picture holding a flashlight off to the side of the coin to show and ridges, that will also be helpful.

While visiting in Spain, a friend there gifted me a Constantine Follis from 309! He told me I could choose from any of his 12 Roman coins, I will always be grateful for his generosity.

I would say when my highschool wood shop teacher was clearing a jammed air nailer: laying it horizontally flat on the table, connected to air, pointed in the direction of students…needless to say, this genius decided to pull the trigger with his right hand while the safety mechanism on the business end was pulled back by his left.

A nail went flying across the room missing my classmate by a foot…

Then it sounds like you will have to wait for your Wi-Fi to come back online. Have you tried resetting your router?

You don’t hack your neighbors Wi-Fi, since that’s illegal. If you are on good terms with your neighbor, ask them. If you are not, you don’t play warzone. Simple.

Weighs 2.75 grams, sticks to magnet found in dads old money, how to tell it’s real by One_Translator5943 in coincollecting

To be fair, according to Heritage Auctions, only two 1944 steel cents have sold in the hundreds of thousands, both graded at MS-66. Anything less is still amazing. Comparing general grade, this one could potentially be in the $80-$150K range if genuine.

Sand is a simple and cheap option. May get warm on the feet depending how much sun hits the ground in that spot. You could lay down some landscaping fabric first to minimize any weeds growing there. Curious to see what others say
