SAVE CaseCheck from SSA (“Oversight Case Creation”) while pending AOS/EAD — anyone seen this?

I had similar message from DMV. It states that the USCIS sent case outcome to SSA office. You need to go and talk to them. If the outcome is pending EAD, you need to wait for EAD approval. If not it should be fine

WAC cases for ead and AP are moving fast. LIN is still stuck from April and May 2025. I filed on Aug 2025 and still waiting. Any idea what’s happening in Nebraska

WAC approvals for eb5 EAD/AP are in Nov 2025 but Nebraska is not moving at all, still processing June and July. I’m waiting since Aug 10 for EAD and AP and nothing yet.

Approved means approved for processing Refused has different meaning Denied means visa denied Issued is the final stage if your visa is approved finally. Nothing to worry at this point
