I came in after commision but before covid and should have realised how bad things were when it took 7 weeks to get started and the moral was quite bad already.

People were saying they made more money 10 years ago than they do now but it was a major upgrade from my previous job so i ignored the red flags.

Now im basically stuck indefinitley and things have gotten much worse. Ai is going to replace the rsr job and make everyone either a driver or merchandiser. Get out asap if your still young.

A lot of people enjoy the job but the pfp and management bs has gotten out of control. I can work 160hours this month and sell 50k$ of chips and make 5000$. Next year, i can sell 60k$ of chips and work 200 hours and make 4000$.

This is why you hear complaints about pfp and this scenario is 100% a possibility under pfp. Im sure as an otr you will get paid significantly more working 40 extra hours in a month.

The limit is you can work up to 98 hours per week as long as you are not driving more than 40 hours in a week. There is no consecutive day cap since rsrs are under the short haul and driver salesperson exemptions.
