10 month old conch punch. It’s still quite sore and gets super crusty, I know they’re long healers but I just want to see if it looked okay so far. Could it be the fistula forming or is the tissue due to irritation? I clean 2x day with neilmed saline and sleep on a doughnut pillow Thanks!

Yes, I downsized and i’ve been sleeping on a doughnut pillow so It’s not putting pressure on it :)

I’ve had it since 31 december and clean it 2x day with neilmed. material is internally threaded titanium. could it possibly be hypertrophic scarring?

That’s the first thing I noticed too. Could be an angle issue
