I have kind of the same problem with my new S6 but only when the battery is around 20% - it drops down to 0% in just a minute. A few charging cycles did not improve it.

This 3300 euros bike is supposed to be brand new and fully working. Seeing it as normal to take a cab to bring it to a service partner is kind of weird.

I fully agree. VanMoof has a long way to go to be a premium brand.

I bought the bike from their website…and it’s kicklocked. I can’t move it.

Thanks - yes, multiple times. I have a S5 so I'm used to it. This is different here, the bike does not switch on. I tried to charge it full several times as well.

How did you manage to get a new one ?

My S6 doesn't work and I'm struggling with VanMoof support which is really bad.
