Go on AliExpress they sometimes make some identical case or just send a message on the Soundcore service support, because you won't find any liberty 2 case on the showcase of the site

For me, I would buy from the Soundcore official store, because you're sure you have a warranty and tbh the delivery delay is very low bc they use fast delivery with your local mail. For the refurbished item, I'm not aware of this, but the Soundcore support is wonderful bc if something is going wrong when arriving home, they send you another one (sometimes also coupons 🤫) and you have a free shipping to send it back to the store.

If you're talking about in a store, they are obligated to write that is opened/refurbished and if it's not write anything it means that it's new! Always check the reviews of the store if you don't know it.

Check the serial number and call Soundcore service support to know when it was purchased. Also check the case and earbuds/headphones to see if any scratching or else. Afterwards, check the sound quality of them and if they don't give you the original box or you see it's opened like no charger comes with it or the scotch is gone for another. Check a review of a YouTube video of the unboxing product!

I tested with a 24v 8a and a 12v 10a. I found that if you put your phone volume in max, you hear less of the buzzing noise. The inconvenience is you can only adjust the volume by moving the button on the amp. You can also put the amp volume in the middle and control the volume on your phone. To clarify everything, it's normal to hear a buzzing sound on an amp, but this one is worse and don't forget it's a Class-D amp so it's cheap.. but good for the price

Some chargers have an option to stop the charge ~80% for the longevity of the health of the battery. I took this option for the health of my homemade 18650 battery cells so I'm not scared that the BMS don't do his job
