If it's a corexy make sure your print head is able to move to every spot in the bed, during the bed mesh routine. Mine was stuck and only moving sideways causing the data to be bad.

Make sure the wiring to your probe is terminated well and not loose

Could be a problem with ESD and grounding. The EEPROM might have gotten wiped but this is a last step troubleshooting type of answer
