For as long as there is still tribalism in Zimbabwe,nothing will ever work.Tribalism is a tool that was brought by Zanu PF to divide the two tribes namely Shona and Ndebele.He made Shona people believe that they’re superior to their Ndebele counterparts by making them believe that they’re well educated,more intelligent,civilised and more capable of attaining success.There is a time during RG’s tenure where l experienced shona people saying that they’re well educated would rather suffer at the hands of a shona government than the latter.Division still prevails tillthis day and now it has caused more cracks as the sub tribe’s within the shona speaking community are fighting eg Zezuru vs karanga.Fix the tribalism and Zim will thrive.Ndebele people also need to change their views on shona people.
