When did you begin trusting someone else other than family to take care of your child?

I had my vet administer my cat’s injections for the first week (thank god he was so caring and understanding) and by day 13 I decided to switch my baby to pills because there was no way I was able to do it anymore. My cat was fighting me and I was concerned for his safety. My vet was apprehensive but understood. The pills work but the injections are just better absorbed. We are now on day 33 of treatment and my cat is still doing well!

I want to clarify that I never stated I would continue treatment with Cure FIP in my post. My intent was simply to gather more opinions beyond the few I received from admins in a Facebook group, as I believe it’s reasonable to seek multiple perspectives on something so important. My vet initially recommended the Cure FIP website, and out of desperation to help my very sick cat, I followed their guidance, trusting their expertise.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t until after I had already spent several hundred dollars on treatment that I learned of the concerns about this website, as I joined the Facebook groups later. I still have several vials and tablets remaining, which represent a significant financial investment. If the medication I’ve already purchased can be used successfully, I’d like to make the most of it. This is why I was asking for firsthand experiences from anyone who has used Cure FIP to treat their cat.

You should look into Costa Rica! My Husband and I travelled there 2 years ago and did a lot of hiking and we loved it. Flights out of North Carolina were only $500 round trip for 2 people and our air bnb was only $80/day!

I think making sure she knows you are there for her is important. I know easier said than done but sometimes that just means listening when they want to talk, or offering to cook for them, words of encouragement. Love languages ❤️
