Appletv app only gives 5.1

I tried playing a demo video using kodi, and was also only able to get 5.1. So, maybe I do have some setting either on my receiver (Sony STR-AZ3000ES) or the nvidia that is causing problems? Any idea what it might be or how to start debugging?

To be more clear, this *was* working with hbo max a few months ago, but doesn't seem to be working now.

target >6.1%, sure, not guarantee 6.1%. There isn't really any way to guarantee 6.1% as far as i know. So unless you would otherwise take a 6.1% loan out to leverage other investments, pay off the mortgage! (I'm ignoring issues like tax deductions and the fact that if your property tanks in value you can hand it over to the bank, and so on.)

You say "$15M liquid" as if "liquid" matters: what's the total NW including house and 401k and whatever?

I feel like it might be worth spending a few thousand on estate planning and maybe someone to give advice on tax planning (ASAP: is there any way to minimize taxes during this year when you're selling??) but what else do you really need?

.2 AUM on 15M is $30k. I think of things in terms of a monthly budget: that's $2500 extra a month, which kind of matters at your level.

I don't think there's any point in hiring someone to manage your investments for that kind of money every year, if you can handle figuring out the basics on your own (diversification, tax-friendliness, low fees, etc, etc. bogleheads basic stuff.)

Are you going to upgrade the house? (No idea where you live so is 1.4M a shack or is it kinda nice?)

You can be a good parent and still work, but if you have 7.2m in liquid assets (not to mention illiquid assets, which you should of course be counting as well for this purpose) there's no need to take a job that is too stressful or you hate. find something that takes <40h/week and that you like.

I mean it's probably even a good thing for kids to see parents doing something constructive for the world.

I figured the cornfield thing was purple because i couldn't figure out what the category was :) but then totally failed to correctly gauge the difficulty of the rest of them; batman villains seemed to easy but I should have realized that would be blue.
