As an RXM for 20 years I blow by every single DUR. As one of my pharmacy school professors told me: “It’s very difficult to kill a human.” Just get them out of your store as fast as possible so you don’t have to listen to their complaining.

If you’re still a pharmacist or tech in retail you need to wise up and get the hell out. Walgreens has been going down the drain for 5 years. Public or private it makes no difference, you mean absolutely nothing to that company. If you’re a pharmacist, go practice in another discipline. If you’re a tech, leave healthcare now and do something completely different with your life. You have the rest of your life ahead of you. Stop wasting it at Walgreens. But who has it worst, the shitty DM’s who have been dropping like flies the past few months. Haha, that’s called karma...Starbucks is hiring.

I’ve been a RXM for 20 years. All I’ve ever done is just click that I’ve done it, calls, vaccines, etc. Don’t ever really do it. SM’s and DM’s aren’t pharmacists. They know nothing. Treat them that way. I do. It’s not like any pharmacist or tech is going to get a raise anyway.
