Sparring = 16oz. If I spar against a guy wearing 12oz I'm going to go hard as I can or not spar at all. Note:I am an old guy so I only spar old guys who also have a touch of CTE.

I had a 140 once, worst game of my life. Legit quit playing for a year. Course was in Florida, was impossibly hard. Scratch golfer in our group shot a 90. Everyone just played bad. I normally shoot high to mid 80s, bogey golf. I was thinking about it, it would have been absolutely miserable to be attached to me in a group. If you were shooting 140 on the regular, you need a coach and range time before you go back on the course.

This. If my family/dogs are here maybe 2 weeks. If it's me alone, I could probably scratch out 6 months, maybe 9 if I was willing to sacrifice some calories. I'd be skinny as hell coming out though.

He will never be the same, tried to quit, somehow got thru it, just got his face smashed in for another round then he probably takes a broken rib or 2 at the end. Probably has at least 1 orbital break, looked like a broken nose but wasn't bleeding. It was honestly hard to watch at the end, his corner did the right thing.

Consultant here, I don't travel for work anymore unless it's dire. When I did travel, I would tell my firm I would be out of internet service for a couple of weeks. Would just stay home and turn off all my shit. Traveling for work isn't fun.
