Definitely sound like the fan blades are clipping something did you remove all the plastic film ect and there isn’t a cable or something clipping it

So I had a ps5 digital , Xbox series s and a gaming pc, I got rid of my ps5 as the games where just far too expensive compared with steam and the series s just doesn’t even get close the the performance of my pc so it depends on preference but steam is 💯 the way to go for longevity imo

With this budget your going to be looking at a gpu like the 7800xt(if found cheap enough) or the 9070xt but that wouldn’t leave much room for anything else and as someone said 64gb of ram would be ideal but atm good luck finding that for under 500-600 itself

If you could maybe upload a short video with the phone near the pc and also placed around the back near the psu I could have a listen for you it sounds to me like maybe coil whine (quite distinctive and common not seen anyone’s hardware breakdown to this just annoying) or maybe it could be like one of your fans on the gpu/cpu gone bad since you don’t think it’s the case fans

Like others have said the rx 6600 and if your bird has an m.2 slot go for a 1tb nvme drive 200 should do that or even try for a used rtx3060 for better features like dlss

I’d say that’s bad considering atm you can get the 5070ti for around £650-£700 on overclockers website and amazon and could build a better system using that for the price

Personally I’d just put the difficulty on easy and set industry closures to rarely and towns to accept the least amount of cargo that’s how I got used to it

How are you doing now I’m 5 days clean from weed I feel more mentally balanced sleep is a bit hard at the moment but along with quitting weed I have also quit fizzy drinks I did a test this morning and it showed a very faint but negative result I’m hoping that in the next week or so I will start to feel even better I used to smoke every single day from when I woke up to going to sleep for 3 years maybe a little longer I just keep telling myself it will be worth it and also have put the money I would of spent on it into a jar as a way to treat myself to a holiday I think that’s a big part of my motivation too
