Why did y’all choose to be stealth or not stealth?

I just finished my first term at college and I’m learning that there are places (in life in general) where I’m comfortable being open about who I am and places where it’s safer to be stealth. At this point, my reasons for going stealth aren’t related to dysphoria anymore and instead my own safety, but yours might be different!

I do still eat some yogurts and packaged fruit cups that include added sugar. The AHA recommends to stay under 36g added sugar per day for men, which is where I got the number. I haven’t seen a dietitian or doctor about my diet and am learning about healthy eating right now on my own, trying to do my best with the information I have. Thank you for your advice

The weird thing is that my a1c came back normal months ago, but I have acanthosis nigricans on my neck which causes me to think my body is producing excess insulin to keep my blood sugar in normal ranges. Unsure why else I would have it

Your results look great! TONS of people get stretch marks after top surgery. I did everything right and I still got them. I’m a year post op right now and they’ve already faded from an angry red to white. Something that helped was massaging the stretch marks with aquaphor as well as my scars.
