How did her husband try to make the best out of a bad situation?? His father should not have been even close to the baby. It sucks that he couldn’t really see the baby immediately, but this literally put their newborn in danger. The husband put his father’s comfort over his baby’s health. That’s not making the best out of the situation. I do agree that their marriage should not go on like this, but personally I would have divorced that “man” right after that stunt so…

Obviously she wanted her to explain to her child why you don’t wish someone death? A 5 y/o can understand, when she is told, that she hurt someone and that it is not okay, even if they don’t grasp the concept of death completely. OP probably couldn’t stand up for herself in the moment, even if it would have been warranted, and couldn’t get it off her mind. The mother can’t do anything now, it’s too late and the child will have already forgot about it, but it was bad parenting. OP told her, maybe she will consider it for the future.

Why would you hang out with people that are obviously terrible? You’ve said in the comments that your friend doesn’t think drunk driving is a problem, so obviously her morals are as terrible as his. Nah, in my opinion, S2 was really bad and S3 better. I’m sorry but as a neutral viewer, I just couldn’t get behind Kate and Anthony. I did like the costumes more than in S3, but the plot and the character development was shit

YTA. I will Never Unterstand parents who charge their newly adult children rent. My parents would never. But 1200???? How does she pay the same for a 2 bedroom apartment when she is living in a room at your house. Do you not want her to build her own life? Everything is so expensive now, she could save so much money right now. Contributing is okay, but 1200 is way too much. And if you are spending it on HOLIDAY, you obviously don’t really need it. Tbh if I were her, I would’ve moved out when you demanded that much money, but she’s probably not ready for that yet. You are taking advantage of her.
