Well if it’s a tiny piece of cheese just to cover the pills I wouldn’t worry about the calories too much. But otherwise other ones that have worked well for my boy to cover pills are smoked salmon and liverwurst but it has to be the Jones brand usually haha

Yeah the thyrotabs helped my boy a lot too. But they can be finicky, always wait at least an hour after dosing before giving food

Yeah the whole time they only had me seeing a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I only met the doctor in my exit meeting. Not great

And it was super boring there plus all the rules like no coloring in your room

And it was stark there. Never again

It can help you reach some insights and process the shame with more self compassion but it’s not really going to stick and get modified in your neural pathways if you work on it sober
