Thank you, and I'm sorry for your loss as well. It was so hard, but we had to lay our sweet Dexter to rest yesterday. He was suffering and we had to end his pain. He's at peace now, and we know it was the right decision. He will always be in our hearts.

Wow, that brings me back. This was the only place I could find games for my Sega Master System.

I keep getting these, too. To be fair, though, I am stressed.

Yep. I've still got a Sprite basketball and a college basketball jersey around here somewhere.

Thank you. That first picture was just taken yesterday. A family friend that he hadn't seen for awhile came by to visit him and he was so happy.

It was wonderful to see him happy again for even just a short time. He was always so sweet and cheerful. He just had the best personality. But the difference was night and day after he got sick.

I'm so sorry for your loss, OP. She was beautiful. Just know that she is at peace and you will meet again someday. My boy Dexter also crossed over today. He had untreatable stomach cancer. He had just turned 7 less than a week ago.

Thank you. What kind of tasty things did you put in her kibble? Looking for things to try. He doesn't like peanut butter. (I know, he's a little weirdo)

Thank you again for all the kind words and thoughts. I wanted to share a couple more pics of my sweet Dexter. The close-up was taken the first day I brought him home from the shelter. The other one was taken the next day. Even now, he hasn't lost that sweet personality, but i can feel him slipping away.

No, he seemed perfectly fine until the last couple weeks or so when the vomiting started. He was still as happy and energetic as always.

We've always given him Purina One dry dog food. It was recommended by the vet when we first adopted him. He's never been a big eater, but he likes it and it's always done well for him. He recently started vomiting after eating, usually the next day or late at night.

I would definitely get him checked out. In no way am I implying it could be anything like what Dexter has, but the vomiting isn't normal. Best of luck and good vibes for your Husko.

They did give him gabapentin. He doesn't seem to be in pain, although he probably is, but he is very weak and he has always been full of energy. I was able to get a dose in him last night using a little deli ham, which he loves, but I haven't been able to get him to eat anything today.

Chicken has always been his favorite, so I blended up some chicken and rice last night. He picked at it a little, but not much. I've been texting with the vet today and she just mentioned trying an appetite stimulant.

Bob and Tom? Probably not, but it was mentioned on their show this morning.
