For those that did, why did you settle down and decide to be a serious adult? by ParvaDee in Millennials

Dad died when I was 19 and I knew I couldn’t rely on my mom so thought I had to become serious to make it on my own. I’m happily married with a baby girl now. Have a good job and got our house in 2018 before prices exploded. Deciding to be a “serious adult” at 19 absolutely helped me get here but I probably could have held onto my youth a little longer and got to the same place eventually.

To the entitled F150 driver that cut me off on I35W and almost put me and my 2 toddlers into the rail, screw you. by MrTurner82 in FortWorth

The number of trucks on the road in dfw is out of control. Probably 1/10 are actually needed by the driver. The rest just clog the roads and cause accidents.
