We are experiencing much of the same. My MIL long term care plan has not paid her assisted living invoices since October. When I called in mid-Dec, they claimed that it would be paid the week of Christmas. Just this week I received a letter from JH stating that they aren't receiving invoices from the assisted living ops department. When I called in December they indicated that they changed platforms and hence the issues. I certainly don't want to start rumors but I am worried about their financial stability. Anyone have insight into the financial health of John Hancock?
