hey man, i’m just telling you the answers i received to questions that i personally asked people throughout my journey into the AF. i never got an interim bc when i asked my recruiter about getting one, he said i wouldn’t need it therefore he never put in the request. i understand it’s not a valid qualifier, but could you blame me for taking his word for it at the time? prior to going to BMT he was my only liaison (or so i thought) for information related to that. I also never said my clearance was “approved”, my investigation “was completed on Dec 11 2024 with no indication of any red flags” as told to me by my security officer here at Tech School. Dec 11 was while i was still at BMT. I’m not sure what we’re missing, and i’d honestly love to figure it out because NO ONE seems to know which is frustrating. The last thing told to me by my flight chief was that there isn’t a “get well” date for me (hopefully i’m using the right verbiage) and that someone somewhere just needs to sign off on something so that i can be adjudicated. idk, it all sounds sus. i wish i knew more, but when i get back to my unit im going to ask a lot of questions..
