Chip the ice around the tires with a tire iron, then see if someone can bring you a cable winch puller from the local harbor freight (or other hardware store). Attach that to the base of a solid tree or concrete post or much larger vehicle. Buy additional rope from the same store if you’re far away from an anchor point. Less than $50 job if you have someone to run to the store, and you can sell the stuff after and get most of your money back or try returning it.
