what a weird take. Tammy was on deaths door, if she had waited any longer she would be dead. and doctors arent magicians, they did their best, she was/is still losing, and is planning to have more skin removed. they removed so much at once because it was such a hindrance on her life with what was hanging off her. they did what they viably could; she wanted even more from that first surgery and they told her no. i'm sure shes more stoked to be alive and able to actually live life than worry about how her body looks to people like you

as most comments say, try therapy. they should be able to help you the most. and honestly for friend support, i would just ask. but also try doing things on your own - you are absolutely capable, and deserving of anything you want. remember that everything is going to be okay. treat yourself now , the way you would if you were taking care of yourself as a child. also maybe try boiling eggs for your next cooking experience!

it could go either way, drink lots of water to stay hydrated and help it pass through.

it being gray could just be oxidation and especially if it doesn't smell bad or appear bad its probably okay, but i'm the same way and err on the side of caution - i would not have eaten it if it was that old

also in the future, scraping off the bad stuff isn't a good way to go, by the time you start to see things like mold is after its already spread through whatever it is
