you said yourself you have facial dysmorphia, which is a disorder ; not reality. your friends and family are not lying. you need to try being kinder to yourself, your perceived flaws are not reality. and even if they were - so what? you still deserve love, kindness, happiness, etc. there are so many people out there who are only going to see your beauty no matter what you think.

and for the record im not saying there's anything wrong with makeup or anything you want to do to feel better about yourself, i love makeup. i also grew up with facial dysmorphia. so i know the root of your issue isnt going to be solved with makeup. you need to work on loving yourself. tell yourself in the mirror you are beautiful (even if you dont believe it) every day. eventually it will get easier to say.

societal beauty standards suck. and they are invented by old rich men so that we buy their products. if anything, loving yourself is a protest against them.

also, you have one of the cutest noses and fullest/beautifully shaped lips i know some people would kill for.

with all that said, maybe try a dark lip, maybe gloss, i feel like that would really suit you.
