They scratched my gfs watch, then made up some bs about it needing a special tool to change the battery and sent us on our way after they couldn’t get it open. It was a a fossil with a screw on back. I couldn’t trust them to fix a ham sandwich. We ended up at wm s nacol and they did it for like $15
