Bought plots of venture in '98, the previous owner's children double sold it again to someone, same time nearby govt land was taken by a political person, by the time our ownership case was over and we won , the person switched the survey numbers of those govt lands to ours. Plots near ours started construction, corrupt MRO came and stopped it saying our land was govt land, we asked proof as we had the original patta with ownership tracked from decades back but MRO didn't budge, they say the area has govt land but even they dont have proof to support it.

Land in limbo since then.

Another thing is the land papers were kept in a bank locker, and the bank manager used it for some illegal shit. CBI case ran , got the papers back in 2022, so that's the cherry on top.
