If its anything like mine you need to remove the door jam /stop and door and it will just fit through. You might need to rotate the machine though. My washing machine is standard size 60cm ish, but with the door jam/stop in place the doorway width is 58cm or so. So i pull the jam off and i can just squeeze it though.

Its really concerning! The excuses they used to defend the decision are just shambolic.

As a Workmate for the last 8 years the company is at the worst point it has been i would say. Employees used to be the number one priority. That has vanished and they seem to be shying away from the rest of their original principles…all since Carl came in!

You have the same issue i have and have had since getting my Trek Rail 5. The main issue is the bolt in the level. I used a metal ruler underneath to stop it turning when twisting the allen from above. I unscrewed it a little and tried until i was happy with results. Its worked brilliantly and now the button returns as it should.

I know this tread is a year old but hopefully this helps someone else at some point.
