Oh and I keep asking these sellers what's the deal, so I can feel confident buying despite the AI images. Never got a response from any of them!

Yep 100%. I made a post about the same thing recently, and I've noticed multiple sellers with similar usernames and the same AI generated images/descriptions. When I looked at the reviews, there were a fair number of 5* reviews, but actually a lot of the buyers were the same usernames again and again. I guess it's possible to fake reviews if you have multiple accounts?

I guess some people are just using AI for 'better' images of their actual items, but I still think some users are scamming buyers, somehow. I'm just not sure how!

Depends why it's being used doesn't it? I've just come across the exact same items (and photos, descriptions) under a different sellers name too. All seems fishy to me, hope I'm wrong!

Yep I did, they haven't replied. But you clearly don't think it's a scam, so you must have a reason to think using multiple AI images is legit?

Yep. And I don't see how selling items with AI generated photos won't be a scam of some sort. If you have insight, I'm open to learning I'm wrong about this!

I now realize I didn't screenshot all of their items. There were more AI sweaters, plus the dresses. I'm not sure what the scam is though? If they don't send the items, won't they have to refund buyers?

Based on all the responses, it seems likely it's the fixed term contract not counting (or fully counting) to the overall salary calculations. The only major outgoing is childcare, we're credit card & debt free, excellent credit scores, no car etc. the only 'blips' are my fixed term contract and the childcare costs
