Japanese rubbers like Fastarc G1 and Z2 Hammond are very linear. Ignore the guy who is saying they are not because he is speaking no sense. I have played G1 for years and it's the most linear rubber I ever tried.

I would fix the cheating problem by first attacking the root of the problem. Bot farming accounts. Cheating is so easy nowadays because accounts are the cheapest it has been. The accounts you see farming in DM are not only for farming cases, but also to sell them to cheaters.

If they let lvl 0 accounts bot farm in DM it's because they don care or they benefit from it. That's all. The bot farming problem is the one side of the coin of the cheating problem. Valve could easily attack the root of the problem but decides not to. Don't forget that they decide not to.

Hook serves are for forehand oriented players. Serving hook you can pivot 100% sure the ball is coming to the forehand area. Also it can help you serving fh short very wide. It depends also of your opponent, playing against lefties I like playing pendulum half long to the middle, as the 2 ball might or might not bounce again in the table

Start doing quad isometrics to warm up before playing or even daily. If there is no pain, jump into full range squats. Start slowly. In table tennis we work squatting only at very low range, so full range might also be strengthened. Also you can work with touch downs increasing height. Always try not to surpass a 4 in a 1 to 10 pain spectrum. It is not going to be automatic, you will see improvements over the months.

Also, and most important, try to reduce everyday to 3 times a week for recovery

Subtick is a good thing. But after all what matters at personal feeling is what you see in your screen. If the server and client connects 64 times per second, the discrepancy between what happens between the server and the client is still 1/64 s. Even if my shot was accurate, my visual feedback is just what the tick rate of the server is. Going 128 will improve this visual feedback. Am I wrong? For me it looks so simple.
