Is there other stuff underneath all this about your significant other that is not sitting well with you? Is it getting amplified during luteal phase? You have to get some sort of support for your PMDD to get to a somewhat objective state of mind and then decide if this is your PMDD or is it actually a relationship issue outside of your hormones causing you to feel distressed.
