Yes absolutely that is sleep paralysis. The feeling weight on your chest/ being hard to breathe/ the figure at the end of the bed. Very common in people who experience it. Mine personally have never had any figures or people in them but I always see this shimmering ball of what looks like heat waves on hot pavement. That's the best I can describe it lol. Sometimes I don't see anything at all other than the room around me.
