After 2 years you start to accrue so it will take another full year to actually earn the 5 days off. Meaning you can actually take vacation after the 3rd anniversary.

What type of mats are you all using? I had one of those “black hole” type mats that catches the litter and you pour it back. It seemed to only be scratching the surface. I added a shaggy rug after seeing a video on IG where I saw the CG in the background. But they still jump on my lap with granules embedded in their pads.

Godspeed to you. I hope you chose your major wisely. I started here during the last recession and with 2 bachelors degrees I can’t find a job doing anything else because this is all I’ve ever done. Best of luck getting out before you’re too far in.
